1967 –
Beit-Erez canine inn was founded by the Miltin family in Mishmar-Hashiv'a

1969 – Ilki, the first German shepherd was purchased for the habitat.

1970 – Lenna the dog was purchased from Beit-Hashiv'a. She is the founder of the German shepherd dynasty in Beit-Erez

Over those years the Miltin's also worked in raising chickens and cows and developing an agricultural farm, increasing the canine inn and the habitat required resources, time and manpower, and gradually replaced all other farm activities. The lack of quality commercial food, and knowledge in dog handling and cultivating races in Israel demanded even more time and resources to be put in.

Beit-Erez's dogs participate in every Israeli dog show since 1969, and the company is a contributor in presence and finances in most shows and dog handling activities until the present day.

1981 – An import and marketing agreement with Royal Canin pet food company was signed for the first time in Israel. Beit-Erez started to import and market the quality food from France in Israel.

Over the years to come Beit-Erez signed marketing agreements with additional international companies for importing and marketing milk substitutes, salt stones, kitty litter, dog and cat foods, medicines and vaccinations for pets, and additional veterinarian products.

2000 – Beit-Erez began to import and market a variety of Royal Canine brand medical foods. The accumulating knowledge and intensive research at Royal Canin led to the development of the worlds most advanced and high-quality foods. The products are marketed through veterinarians only, and use for treating and preventing dog and cat illnesses. Quoting the words of Hippocrates – "Let your food be your first medicine"

2005 – Beit-Erez joins Merial, the largest veterinary products manufacturer in the world, to market the company's drugs, vaccinations and pest control products in Israel.
